Design and develop BI tools and systems. Responsible in creating databases, spreadsheets, and outputs, as well as enhancing the data warehouse. Generate and distribute standard/custom reports summarizing business, financial, and economic data for executives, managers, and clients. Disseminate information on tool enhancements and metadata. Apply analytics to understand and control logistics operations (such as availability, reliability, and supply chain management); Communicate with external vendors and service providers to meet business needs; Direct and coordinate activities related to production, pricing, sales, and distribution; Analyze industry trends with strategic implications and stay informed through communication with customers, competitors, and suppliers; Design and implement supply chains aligned with business strategies; Develop outbound strategies for market growth and partnerships; Collaborate with on boarding and account management teams to ensure smooth customer experiences; Manage projects, provide insights and recommendations to management, and foster relationships with internal clients and partners in various departments. $82,763 per year. Education and experience requirements: Bachelors degree in industrial engineering. Alternate degrees acceptable: Mathematics or Statistics + 2 years experience in Business Analyst position.
